Central house in quiet alley

Beach 300 m, shops 50 m away. Small house with shared courtyard (with a studio), perfect for a walkable vacation. Living room with TV, equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, electric hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher). One bedroom with double bed (140 cm), one with two single beds, bathroom with shower and sink, separate WC. Terrace with awning and outdoor furniture. Private parking for a small car, shared with the studio. Cleaning service available as an option. Pets not allowed. Bed and bath linen not provided but available for an extra fee.



The accommodation is carefully prepared. Please respect the property during your stay.



Even if you choose the cleaning option, you must:

- Leave the house tidy

- Wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty)

- Clean the cooktop and plancha

- Take out garbage and other waste



Check-in between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and instructions.



Please notify us on the morning of your arrival with your estimated arrival time.



Do not subscribe to internet options such as video-on-demand services. In case of non-compliance, extra charges may apply.



Parties strictly forbidden. Pets not allowed.



Only household waste should go in the bins and be put out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.
