It is the perfect space for a couple looking to get away and enjoy a stay in Midcoast Maine. The idyllic neighborhood setting and beautifully curated decor provides a great Maine coast retreat close to dining, shopping, and sightseeing. It is located right off Rockport Harbor and only 1/4 mile from the public dock and beach, but has easy walking trails along the harbor up Beauchamp Point where you can find entry points to swimming holes off large granite boulders.
You have off-street parking for one car, which leads to your private deck. When you enter, you will be in the living/kitchen area. You walk through a hall and are in the formal living room, complete with a TV. Down another hall, there is a full bathroom, and at the end is a laundry area and a comfortable queen bedroom. The home has AC/Heat pumps to take off the chill or cool you down after a day of exploration.
