Our home features a "Reverse Floor Plan" to maximize the coastal breezes and natural light:
Top Level (The Social Hub): An expansive great room with vaulted ceilings, a flat-screen TV, and direct deck access. The open-concept kitchen features a breakfast bar (seating 4) and a dining area (seating 6) perfect for family seafood dinners.
The Crow’s Nest: Ascend to the highest point of the house for a morning coffee or sunset cocktail with panoramic ocean views.
Mid-Level (The Sleeping Quarters): Peace and quiet. Features 3 Queen Bedrooms (one with a private TV) and a fun Bunk Room with two sets of twin bunks perfect for the kids’ "midnight" stories.
Ground Level (The Oasis): Your new custom built private outdoor fun in the sun. A fully gated 30' x 14' private pool, a luxury hot tub, and a shaded carport sitting area.

Property was absolutely perfect for our group, the backyard was an oasis with pool, hottub and plenty of grass area, much bigger than shown in the pictures. House was clean and had more than expected space and conveniences. Beds, pillows and couches were comfortable. Under 10 minute drive to drive on beach, 10 min walk to walk on beach. The fencing in the backyard created a private space for us to listen to music, play corn hole, swim, and cool. 10/10 would book again.
