Forest Apartment – Shared Pool

Apartment located in the "La Savinière" residence, in the heart of the La Tranche sur Mer forest. This tastefully decorated rental features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge with TV and Wi-Fi, opening onto a south-facing terrace. There is one bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds (one 140 cm bed and one 90 cm bed), a bathroom with washing machine, and a separate toilet. Enjoy a large terrace and a private enclosed sandy courtyard.



The residence offers a heated communal pool in July and August, a bike storage room, and a parking space.



The accommodation is carefully prepared; please treat it with respect.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided as an option for an extra charge. Even if you select the cleaning option, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the cooktop and plancha, and dispose of all trash and waste.



Parties are strictly forbidden.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and put out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the town’s recycling containers.
