About this chalet rental
A cozy and elegant half-chalet for 8 people, located in a quiet setting in Leysin. Enjoy magnificent views of the mountains and nature from its terrace and large balcony. Close to the slopes and hiking trails, you can enjoy the mountains year-round. Its large garden with a barbecue is perfect for relaxing after an active day. Private parking and a locked garage are available for a convenient and comfortable stay.
On the first floor, the bright living room features two large sofas and a Smart TV, while the dining area and fully equipped kitchen are perfect for preparing and sharing delicious meals: oven, 4 burners, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette sets, children’s utensils, and 1 high chair. Enjoy sunny days on the large terrace and in the open garden with views of the mountains and nature. A separate restroom (toilet/sink) with a first-aid kit completes the first floor.
On the first floor, there is a bathroom with a shower/tub and toilet, as well as three cozy bedrooms.
– One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), closet, shutters, and access to the balcony.
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a closet, and shutters.
– A bedroom with two single beds (2×90 cm), ideal for children, a dresser, and access to the balcony.
On the top floor: a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washer, and dryer (detergent provided), as well as a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), closet, shutters, and a workspace with a computer monitor and keyboard.
Sheets, towels, and laundry service are included, ensuring a worry-free stay.
There are no other fees to expect, except for the tourist tax, which is payable after booking. Collected by Swiss municipalities, this tax applies to all stays and helps fund local tourism and cultural infrastructure.
