Spanning 78 square meters, this bright and sophisticated three-room apartment offers a high-quality retreat for up to six people and their pets. A particular highlight is the spacious west-facing loggia, perfectly oriented to enjoy the sun from afternoon until evening. With direct access from the open-plan dining area, it's the ideal spot for relaxing in the fresh sea air. The central location means the beach, the Old Lighthouse, and the promenade are just a short stroll away.
The layout is ideally designed to combine social interaction with privacy: Two separate bedrooms feature high-quality box-spring beds and each has its own flat-screen TV. The expansive living area also offers a comfortable double sofa bed and a third large television. Two modern bathrooms—one with a bathtub—provide added comfort, making the apartment an ideal choice for larger families or groups. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, leaves nothing to be desired for self-catering.
