Summary:
The Flats on Baymont Street are located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, just one block from the main thoroughfare and the Sand Pearl entrance to the beach.
Enjoy access to the newly completed heated pool located bayside at 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away.
The Space:
Check-in at 3pm
Check-out at 10am
-Kitchen is sufficiently supplied with a full-size stove, refrigerator and microwave. Utensils, dishware, baking dishes, glassware, coffee cups are provided along with a coffee maker and toaster.
-Shower essentials are provided
-Towels and bed linens are provided.
The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival.
- Laundry for guests to use is located on the 2nd floor. Access to the stairs is in the front of the building. Laundry room is located at the end near Loft A.
Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available for rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee.
