This charming country house is located in a quiet and privileged location, surrounded by nature and at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, near the picturesque village of Selva. Set on a spacious private lot of 40,000 m², it is the perfect place for hikers, nature lovers, or anyone who simply wants to unwind and relax.

The house is single-story and offers 120 m² of living space, accommodating up to 6 people. It features three double bedrooms with air conditioning, as well as two bathrooms—one en suite and another outdoor bathroom. The property is equipped with air conditioning, central heating (oil), heat pumps, and a wood-burning stove in every room, making it ideal for a comfortable stay in any season, even in winter.

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a full set of kitchenware is open to the cozy living and dining area. This area features air conditioning, a fireplace, and satellite TV. Traditional Mallorcan details such as wooden beams lend the house a special charm and a warm atmosphere.
