Welcome to Villa Sánchez, a spectacular and idyllic country house with a pool in the municipality of Campos, in southeastern Mallorca. The house features 200 m² of living space spread over two floors and is situated on a private lot of 3,000 m². It can accommodate up to 8 people and features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, all elegantly and comfortably furnished. High-quality beds, air conditioning throughout the house, and oil-fired central heating ensure a pleasant stay in every season. Of particular note is the suite with a whirlpool tub, which creates a romantic and exclusive atmosphere for special moments of relaxation. Several bedrooms have direct access to the garden or a private balcony, harmoniously connecting the interior with nature.
Outside, you’ll find a large, well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 1.502.00 m), surrounded by lounge chairs for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. Additionally, table tennis, board games, and bicycles (3 for adults and 2 for children) are available for the whole family’s entertainment.
The villa’s architecture combines traditional Mallorcan style with modern amenities. Inside, you’ll find a spacious, bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a complete set of kitchenware. Towels, bed linens, and blankets are provided, as are a washing machine and dishwasher.
The spacious, furnished porch with a barbecue area is perfect for cozy outdoor meals and relaxing evenings. Private parking is available on the property.
