Cocoonr agency offers this charming 100 m² house in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre to rent for up to 6 people.
It comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed
- Shower room
- Separate WC
Lower half landing :
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
- A games room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A wooden terrace of around 25 m², facing south-west, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Parc du Puy du Fou, voted the best park in the world, around 15 km away
- Walking or cycling along the river Sèvre
- Visit the medieval town of Clisson, around 30 km away
- Parc oriental de Maulévrier (Europe's largest Japanese garden), around 20 km away
- Canoe hire

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park adjacent to the accommodation.
