Our spectacular backyard is truly the centerpiece of the home. Relax in the massive saltwater beach-entry pool featuring multiple cascading spillways, or unwind in the oversized spa with multiple hydrotherapy jets. Spend the afternoon soaking up the desert sunshine from the in-pool loungers, lounging beneath one of several umbrellas, or enjoying the comfort of our newly covered outdoor patio.



Gather around the outdoor entertainment area featuring a built-in BBQ, outdoor refrigerator, decorative fountain, gas fire pit, bar-top seating, putting green, outdoor daybed, and multiple conversation areas. Best of all, the backyard is south-facing, providing sunshine throughout the day.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire property throughout the entire stay.



The Neighborhood:

Coachella Beach is located in a newer residential community completed in 2021. The neighborhood features a blend of beautifully maintained single-story and two-story homes and offers a welcoming mix of full-time residents and professionally managed vacation rentals. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and observe the City of Coachella's quiet hours throughout their stay. Street parking is permitted where legally posted; however, please do not park in front of fire hydrants, driveways, or other restricted areas.



Getting Around:

Coachella Beach is ideally located in a newer residential community just minutes from the Empire Polo Club (Coachella & Stagecoach), Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Desert International Horse Park, PGA West, Old Town La Quinta, El Paseo shopping, casinos, restaurants, and grocery stores. A vehicle is recommended to explore the area, with most major attractions within a 5/20-minute drive.

Optional Add-On Amenities

Pool & Spa Heating (November–April): $100 per night. Heating must be purchased for the entire reservation (consecutive nights only).

Pet Fee: $75 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Mid-Stay Housekeeping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Please inquire for availability and pricing.



Before Arrival

The primary booking guest is required to complete our rental agreement prior to check-in. This includes providing a government-issued photo ID, a complete guest list, and vehicle information as required by the City of Coachella.



Parking

Parking is available for up to four (4) vehicles: two (2) in the garage and two (2) in the driveway. Overflow street parking is permitted where legally allowed. Please do not park in front of the fire hydrant, block driveways, or park in any restricted areas.



City of Coachella Regulations

Outdoor amplified sound is strictly prohibited if it can be heard beyond the property line at any time, day or night. This includes portable speakers, Bluetooth speakers, karaoke machines, musical instruments, TVs, and similar devices. Violations may result in a $1,000 City citation billed to the booking guest.

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. During this time, outdoor amenities, games, and activities that create noise are not permitted.



Routine Property Maintenance

To keep the property in exceptional condition, scheduled pool service, landscaping, pest control, and other routine maintenance may occur during your stay. Service providers may access the backyard through the side gate during normal daytime hours. These visits are brief and generally cannot be rescheduled.
