Dual Primary Suites (King Ensuites)
Designed for group comfort, this home features two private King Ensuites. Both are tucked away for maximum privacy and feature modern, spa-like walk-in showers—perfect for multi-family stays where everyone deserves a "primary bedroom" experience.

Spacious Guest Quarters
In addition to the en-suites, you’ll find a third "Grand King" bedroom—exceptionally oversized to give you plenty of room to unpack.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests.
All three king bedrooms now feature their own mini-split air conditioning, so everyone can set their room just how they like it.

The Pool: Dive into the brand-new pool, featuring a tanning ledge with 4 in-water sun loungers and a shaded pergola.

heating is available for an additional fee:

- $225 per week

If you would like to add pool heat to your reservation, please let us know after booking. We will send you a secure payment link and ensure the pool is heated for your arrival.

Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay and requested at least 48 hours in advance. The heat pump’s effectiveness depends on outdoor temperatures, and refunds cannot be offered if water temperatures are affected by cold weather.

Screened Sanctuary: Retreat to the screened-in porch with plush seating and professional-grade turf—perfect for sunset cocktails after a day at the Indian Rocks 5th Street Beach Access (just 4 mins away!).

A Note on Neighborly Respect
We take great pride in being part of a quiet, friendly community. To ensure a wonderful experience for both our guests and our neighbors:

Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that outdoor noise be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Strict No Pets Policy: This home is an animal free property

Strict No-Party Policy: This home is designed for relaxing family vacations and professional retreats. Large gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited.

Smart Monitoring: A Minut sensor is used to monitor noise decibels (it does not record audio). This helps us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Occupancy & Visitors
To maintain the quality of the home and comply with local guidelines, the maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Please ensure all members of your group are registered; unapproved visitors are not permitted on the property.

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

*Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options:

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer flexible early check-in options based on availability, starting five days before your arrival date. This allows us time to try and sell the full night first, which is always our priority.

Here are the early check-in options if available offered 5 days prior to check in:
1 Hour Early Check-In – No charge (subject to availability)
Half Day Stay (Check-In Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM) – Half the nightly rate
Before 10:00 AM – Full nightly rate

Late Check-Out:
Between 10 AM and 4 PM – Half the nightly rate
Later than 4 PM – Full nightly rate

Because our priority is to book the full night whenever possible, this option only becomes available within 5 nights of your arrival date if the previous night remains unbooked.

Availability is also subject to our cleaning and maintenance schedule.

Property Fee & Damage Waiver
A mandatory $89 Property Fee is included in your booking. This provides an accidental damage waiver covering up to $1,500 in minor mishaps, so you can relax and enjoy your stay (excludes negligence or smoking).

Safety & Security
For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and front entrance. No cameras are located inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

Pool Safety Alarm: Per Florida child-safety law, the doors leading to the pool have an alarm. Simply press the button next to the door before opening it to avoid setting it off.

Cleaning Standards
Your cleaning fee covers a professional, high-standard turnover. We simply ask that the home is treated with care; excessive cleaning required due to stains, smoking, or unapproved pets will result in additional fees.
