The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need. This home is perfect for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories.



The entire house is thoughtfully furnished, with a kitchen with all the essentials—cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and more! Relax on our comfortable memory foam beds with quality linens and enjoy all the comforts of a hotel but with the warmth and character of a home.



Out back, enjoy our tiny home fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom features a surprisingly spacious shower for its size, along with a toilet. The kitchen includes all the essentials—cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and more! Enjoy a restful night on the comfortable memory foam full-size bed, or relax on the modern futon chairs. Beds come with quality linens, and fluffy towels are provided for your convenience.



NOTE: This tiny home is heated with space heaters, not central heating.

**ABOUT THIS HISTORIC HOME**

Many of the homes we manage in Columbus are historic and full of character—something guests love when visiting for Fort Benning graduations, family trips, or extended stays. Many of these homes are also owned by military and veteran families, which makes hosting guests visiting the area especially meaningful to us.

With that charm comes a few natural quirks, such as creaky floors, older windows that may allow slight temperature variation, and original plumbing systems that require a bit of care.

We’ve taken great care to ensure the home is clean, comfortable, and fully guest-ready—while preserving the character that makes it special. If you’re looking for a brand-new home, this may not be the best fit, but if you appreciate charm and a unique stay, you’ll feel right at home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
