To the outside you will find off road parking and a decked veranda with furniture. Holly Lodge is a stunning property in a fine location for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. A village west of Bodmin, Lanivet has a fish and chip restaurant, a pub and a shops. Bodmin has a shopping centre as well as Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail and the Bodmin Jail. Close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens as well as the Eden Project. Cornwall’s surfing beaches are twelve miles away and the south coast is eight miles.
