This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, first floor condo offers comfort, convenience, and resort style living just steps from the lake. With space to accommodate up to 8 guests, it’s ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to experience the very best of the Okanagan.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed, offering a spacious and comfortable place to unwind. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for families and kids, featuring a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on the bottom. Please note that children are only permitted on the top bunk and adults are not allowed on the upper bunk. There is also a pullout sofa bed in the living area for additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home during your stay, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware, dishes, utensils, and kitchen items for preparing meals. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner in, you’ll have everything you need close at hand.

Step outside and enjoy the private outdoor space with a natural gas BBQ, perfect for summer grilling and evening meals after a day on the lake. For families traveling with young children, the unit also includes a pack and play, making your stay even more convenient.

When you stay at Barona Beach Resort, you’ll also enjoy access to the resort’s sought after amenities, including a beautiful pool and hot tub area, fitness facility, secured underground parking, and sandy beach access. It’s the perfect setting for both relaxation and adventure.

When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure your stay is stocked with the essentials. Your unit will include starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the resort’s common amenities including the private beach, gym, pool, and hot tub. You will also have access to one underground parking stall. If your vehicle does not fit underground, overflow or residential parking may be required and is available on a first come, first served basis.

Please note that the maintenance and availability of common areas and amenities are managed by the strata, and occasional unexpected closures may occur. The pool and hot tub are generally open from late May to early October, though exact opening and closing dates are determined by the strata and cannot be guaranteed.

Barona Beach Resort is the perfect home base for experiencing the very best of the Okanagan. Located just minutes from the Westside Wine Trail and Mission Hill Winery, guests have easy access to world class wineries, wine tours, and incredible vineyard views. Outdoor enthusiasts will also love being close to hiking, biking, and lake activities, with opportunities nearby for paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, and exploring the many scenic trails the region has to offer.

Please note that pets are not permitted for short term guests due to strata regulations. This rule is strictly enforced, and violations may result in fines and immediate eviction.

Barona Beach is also a 100 percent smoke free property, including no tobacco, cannabis, or vaping products anywhere in the unit, on the balcony, or on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, and any fines or cleaning costs associated with violations are the responsibility of the guest.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we kindly ask that all guests plan to check in before 8:00 PM whenever possible. Calls and after-hours assistance after 8:00 PM are reserved for emergencies only.

Prior to check-in, guests receive detailed arrival and property information to help make their stay seamless. Each property also includes a comprehensive welcome book with everything you need to know about the home, including Wi-Fi information, property details, helpful instructions, and our recommendations for local restaurants, activities, attractions, and services.

Our goal is to provide everything you need in advance so you can settle in comfortably, enjoy your vacation, and make the most of your time in the area.
