Appartment was spacious and clean. Had all amenities/supplies in both kitchen and bathroom. Bed mattress needs to be replaced, we would not have been able to sleep a whole week on it. Shower was for short people. I'm 5'2" so I was ok but my husband is 6'2" and shower had to be a quick one because he couldn't stand up straight. Distance to town was not as close as advertised, but still walkable. Rental was overpriced because of these few things but overall a good stay.

Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 3 night getaway. Kitchen and BBQ allowed us to do some meals in. Overall good location to explore Prince Edward County. Having to call the night before departure to arrange an inspection is an inconvenience and hopefully the $300 security deposit (50% of our rental total) will be returned as promptly as it was processed initially.

Clean, comfortable accormodation within walking distance of downtown Picton amenities. Plenty of room for group to just kick back and relax. Pass to Sand Banks Park was great. Only drawbacks were steep entry stairs and slanted roof in bathroom made shower tight. Furnishings were dated but is a reasonable trade-off for extra space and clean, quiet rooms. We'd consider this place again when we return to beautiful Prince Edward County.
