Lovely cottage but faults, hot tap bathroom basin not working seized up, cold ta p on bathroom basin very staff partially seized. had to get hot water from kichen in bowl. CD player only worked intermittently very bad crack in wall in hallway and bad crack ceiling to wall joint double bedroom, drive and garden gravel need long term weed treatment.
