Rock View consists of a kitchen/diner with an oven, hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dining table seating six, a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV, and a study with books and games. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin. There is a bathroom with a P-shaped bath, handheld shower, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with patio and lawn, and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, gravel, and a picnic bench, as well as roadside parking available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome please ask for more, but sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1.7 miles, lake 1 mile.
