Relax and unwind in this charming, sun-filled duplex just steps from the golden sands of Tamariu Beach. Featuring a private garden, sunny terrace, and peaceful surroundings, it’s the perfect retreat for couples, families, or small groups seeking a cozy coastal getaway. Enjoy the calm of a quiet neighborhood while being close to scenic coastal paths, local restaurants, and the vibrant Costa Brava coastline.
Practical Details & Layout:
- 1 Double bedroom with queen bed
- 1 Bedroom with bunk bed (recommended for children only)
- Living room with sofa, dining table, TV, and auxiliary table
- Open kitchen fully equipped
- 1 Bathroom with shower
- Washing machine, electric heating radiators
- Wi-Fi
- Community terrace with private area
Towels & Linen:
- 1 set per guest provided
- Extra sets available for €15 per set
- Please note: beach towels are not provided
Important Information:
- Access via stone stairs – not suitable for guests with mobility issues
- The apartment's terrace is adjacent to shared area used by 4 other apartments

A tourist tax of 1,93 € per person per night is required, as well as a damage deposit (except for Airbnb bookings), not included in the rental price. These are payable through our Online Guest Portal.
If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to notify us when making the reservation; otherwise, you may incur additional costs during your stay.
House Rules:
- Smoking and parties of any kind are prohibited.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 9 AM
- Persons under 25 years of age are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by their guardians.
- Pets and bicycles are not allowed in the apartment.
- Keep surfaces clean and free of food. Rinse off any traces of sunscreen. The property is in a natural environment, and failure to do so will attract ants.
- Be responsible with the use of electrical devices and lights. Turn them off when not in use or when you are out of the apartment.
- Be mindful of water usage; this is an area with severe drought.
Check-in: from 3 PM
Please review our arrival guide via the Online Guest Portal, access details for which will be provided.
Check-out: by 10:30 AM
- Leave the dishes clean and remove any organic waste.
- Take out the trash (public containers are located on Carrer de la Riera).
- Leave the keys on the dinning table before you leave.

Nice and good outdoor eating area. Cooking possible so shopping at the local Weekly market at Palafrugell is so good.
Perfect for 2, we where 3 and it worked but not ideal.
Easy acces to the beach/ cliffs.
A lot of stairs to get to the apartment so a bit challenging if you are weak or elderly. But for us it was great. Nice apartment, nice village and lovely area.

Estamos conformes, aunque el baño estaba embisado antes de que llegaramos, nosotros somos muy cuidadosos en el tema residuos y cuidado de los lugares donde
vamos, no hemos tirado nada y sin embargo el segundo dia ya estaba embosado. De todas maneras, sin intención de buscar culpables de parte nuestra, creo que deberia
ser así por parte vuestra también. No me parece correcto las acusaciones sin argumento y sin haber estado allí.
Los colchones estan en mal estado. Gracias. Martina
