The living areas in this ground-floor property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and an external utility. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. There is a king-size bedroom serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, sun loungers and hot tub, along with available off-road parking. Within 2.3 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes one well-behaved dog, but is non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent.
