Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two super-kings (zip/link, can be twins on request) , one of which has an en-suite shower room, and a double, serviced by a family shower room. Outside, there is an unenclosed rear patio as well as surrounding woodland, along with off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.8 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property is pet-free and non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. A lovely village in Scotland's Perth and Kinross region, close to the Cairngorms National Park. The Cairngorms are only 7 miles from Kirkmichael, making it the perfect starting point for exploring their natural splendour. A nice tiny shop with a Post Office, a coffee shop, and a classic village bar are available in the village itself. Visit the surrounding towns of Blairgowrie or Pitlochry, both of which have lovely architecture and lovely rivers running through them, for a greater selection of places to dine, buy, and drink. Travel the 30 kilometres to Dundee, a magnificent seaside city, for world-class dining, art galleries, and museums.
