All around the green are historic homes and cottages, as well as the prestigious Blisland Inn. Less than three miles separate the village from the A30, making it a prime base from which to explore the rest of Cornwall. The Camel Trail, a 17-mile path that leads from Poley's Bridge to Padstow along an abandoned steam-engine railroad line, begins in the area. Pedestrians and cyclists will enjoy this path because it is devoid of cars. You can ride horses along the trail, and there's a special hide for birdwatchers between Wadebridge and Padstow. Put on your hiking boots and discover Bodmin Moor or pack a picnic and spend the day at one of the many stunning beaches that dot the northern coast of Cornwall. A beautiful region that everyone can enjoy.
