The Lochearhead Highland Games are held here annually in summer, and they have been a classic part of Scottish culture for centuries. The larger city of Perth lies around 40 miles east, with Glasgow around 50 miles to the south.

Just amazing! Our first trip to Scotland and this is an excellent base to explore. It’s in such a wonderful location, it is compact but very comfortable and extremely well equipped. We are planning our next stay already! Thank you

We had the most magical 5 day “mini-moon” at Am Bothan. The location is just stunning and sitting in the hot tub each evening looking over the valley with the autumn colours was wonderful. The cabin itself is well equipped (we did all our own cooking), well heated and perfect for two. We found lots to do in the locality and could have done with an extra few weeks to explore or all! Thanks for a great stay.
