Hosting three bedrooms, including a ground-floor double, a double and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear garden with furniture. Also there is an enclosed field is available for dog exercise Please note: This is an adults-only property – minimum age 18 years and cannot accommodate children or infants. Electric vehicle charging and BBQs are not permitted. Contractor bookings can only be accepted with prior approval from the owners, so please contact Sykes before confirming any contractor booking. The property accepts one large dog or up to two small or medium-sized dogs; giant breeds are not permitted. Only fully socialised and house-trained dogs can be accommodated, and banned breeds, or dogs crossed with banned breeds, are not accepted. Pets other than dogs may only be accepted with prior owner approval. Please also note that stag parties, hen parties and similar group celebrations are not permitted at this property.
