About this villa rental
Villa Casa Verde is a fully equipped 4-bedroom villa located on a scenic hillside in Albufeira, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the Marina and the surrounding protected hills, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. Set in a peaceful area away from busy tourist zones, yet close to beaches and restaurants, it provides the ideal balance between tranquility and convenience.
This three-level villa, approximately 350 m² in size, is perfect for families, groups of friends, and longer stays. It features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an additional shower room. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for enjoyable dining, while a large living room with cozy sofas, a big Smart TV, and a dining area creates the perfect space for relaxing and spending time together. Private parking for 2 cars is also available for guests.
On the lower level, you will find a game room with table tennis, a cozy lounge area, and a bar corner. The lounge offers direct access to the pool area.
The property also includes a private swimming pool, BBQ area, and a beautifully landscaped garden, ideal for outdoor living. The small and charming Slab Cliffs Beach is located just 400 meters away.

Guests can enjoy a spacious and fully equipped villa designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
• The villa offers 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 6 single beds in total, and 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm and 140x200 cm), providing comfortable accommodation for larger groups. For families with children, 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, and safety gates for the stairs are available.
• The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a dishwasher and 2 coffee machines - one for bean coffee and one espresso machine. There is also a washing machine and enough cookware and tableware for up to 10 guests.
• The villa features 2 Smart TVs 65” with free Netflix, YouTube Premium, Amazon TV, and more, as well as a music center and a comfortable living room with a cozy library area.
• High-speed Wi-Fi up to 1 Gbps.
• There are 3 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, ensuring convenience for all guests. Each guest is provided with 3 towels, fresh bed linen, as well as shower essentials including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
• All bedrooms have large terraces with outdoor dining areas. Additional dining spaces are available on the terraces, in the living room, and in the BBQ area with a grill, perfect for outdoor meals and evening gatherings.

Absolutely loved our stay this villa was perfect for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The communication with the owner and the villa manager was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. It’s in a perfect location and Ubers were really cheap and only ever minutes away.

We spent 10 nights at this villa and very much enjoyed our stay. The communication was great and the villa manager kindly came and met us on arrival. They also provided us with return airport transfers at a very reasonable price and we used the same lovely lady to transfer us to and from the Aquahotel water park which was fab. The villa was great, a bit tired in places and needed some maintenance but had everything we needed, it was just a shame the paddles and balls were pretty poor for the ping pong table so couldn’t be used and the WIFI only worked on whatever level the dongle was on, could’ve done with another so WIFI could be used on another of the 3 levels at the same time. The pool was a tad on the cold side so unfortunately we weren’t able to use it at night as we have done at previous villas. We were a bit concerned the villa didn’t have air con but this wasn’t an issue as there were fans and we had a lovely breeze coming through. Location was perfect, 10 minute walk one way to the marina which was excellent for food/drinks/boat trips and lots of stuff for the kids to do, 10 minutes the other way to Sao Rafael beach which was lovely clear water with good snorkelling and kayaking. 10 minute UBER to the Old Town which was fab! Loads of bars, restaurants and shops. UBERs are plentiful, quick and cheap and always on hand to drop and pick you up from LIDL or ALDI which is 10 mins or smaller SPAR at the marina. Overall we had a fab stay! We didn’t want to come home!

The villa is spacious and had a good view.
Cleaning of the house was not that good. The shower on the ground floor was so dirty, we never used it. And there were a bit of dead flies around in the windows, lamps etc. The toilet on the first floor was leaking and it took serveral days to get it fixed.
The beds were of poor quality. All sofas in the living room were useless, they were all worn out.
The grill on the ground floor is falling apart.
We never saw Tracey. We were told that she would come to the house the day after our arrival, but she never showed up. We spoke to her on the phone, but thats not the same. We have allways before had the host visiting us during our stay in different houses.
Alina, the driver was very nice and serviceminded.
The other staff were very nice and polite people as well.
