For added convenience during longer stays, the bathroom includes both a washing machine and a dryer. Although pets are not permitted, please note that the home is not classified as allergy-friendly. Outside, the property is nestled within a picturesque dune landscape on a 64 m² natural plot, providing a private and peaceful outdoor experience. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, offering the perfect spot for a morning coffee or long summer evenings in the sun. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
