A very high level villa, which can accommodate up to 16 people with a beautiful chalet attached to the house.
The house was designed to provide the best view of the sea from many points of the house such as the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Everything is very well decorated with charm and offers unique comfort.
The Villa is amazing, comfortable, equipped with everything one could need. Perfectly accommodates adults, children, teenagers. The location allows easy access to the region's beaches and the center of Pipa.
The large swimming pool is one of the highlights of the house. The pool covers a large area on the property's huge terrace, and offers an absolutely unforgettable view of the sea. In the surroundings you will find sunbeds and umbrellas.
Access to the beach, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, among others, is just a 10-minute walk away.

Praia de Pipa is a famous beach located in the municipality of Tibau do Sul, 85 km from Natal, capital of the state of Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. It is the main resort on the southern coast of the state, which also includes beaches such as Ponta do Madeiro and Praia do Amor.
