The home offers two living areas, perfect for spreading out and unwinding, along with a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals and entertaining. A dedicated work-from-home desk space makes it easy to stay connected, while the double garage provides secure off-street parking. The property has also been set up with accessibility in mind, offering a practical and easy-to-navigate layout for a wide range of guests.

Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ensuite
Bedroom 3: Two single beds with ensuite
Bedroom 4: Two single beds with ensuite
Located in the growing suburb of Officer, you’ll enjoy easy access to local parks, walking tracks and family-friendly spaces, along with nearby cafés, shopping centres and everyday conveniences. With transport links and major roads close by, it’s a great base for exploring Melbourne’s southeast or simply settling in for a comfortable stay.
One pet is welcome with prior arrangement.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks, and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
