A six-minute walk from the ocean, in the heart of a large 1,600 m² garden, Salty Dreams is a completely renovated family villa, designed to get together and create memories that last. Bright, neat, generous, with its heated swimming pool, pool house and garden cabin, it offers everything you need for each generation to find what they are looking for.

Salty Dreams is a large traditional Landes house of 200 m2, completely renovated with care, where natural materials create a soft and soothing atmosphere.
It can accommodate up to 13 people thanks to its 6 beautiful bedrooms, a rare space on the Landes coast.

First floor / living space:

- Large bright cathedral living room open entirely to the garden, for an indoor/outdoor effect
- Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large American fridge, Delonghi bean coffee machine, kettle, toaster
- Large dining table for 12/13 people
- Entrance with storage and separate toilet
- WIFI connection

First floor / sleeping area:

- 4 bedrooms all with 160 beds, 2 of which have their own bathroom (very spacious showers)
- 1 beautiful and large office to be able to telework in peace
- 1 large bathroom with shower and double sink

To Upstairs:

- 1 large dormitory-style children's bedroom (3 beds)
- 1 large bedroom with 160 cm bed and office/dressing area
- 1 bathroom with shower and bath

Linen is provided, and beds are made on arrival.

A camera is present at the entrance of the house, it will be deactivated during your stay.

Important information:
- A deposit of €1000 will be required prior to arrival in the form of a secure bank pre-authorization via Stripe. The pre-authorization is automatically released 2 days after the stay if no damage is found.

Labenne Océan, is a seaside resort on a human scale, nestled in the heart of the Landes forest, where you can exercise as well as rest.

The Vélodyssée cycle path crosses the village and allows you to reach Capbreton, Hossegor... or even Vieux Boucau for the most motivated!

For runners, more than 160 km of trails crisscross the surrounding area. Passionate about running, I will also share in the welcome booklet the GPX tracks of my favorite routes.

And of course, surfing, which is the DNA of our beautiful region. The Landes coast is a recognized spot for all levels, beginners and experienced alike. Lessons are available through our partner, on request after booking.

And after the effort, the comfort: bars and restaurants are only 500 m away, and our favorite addresses will be shared with you at the finish.
