The Space:

Lumina Duplex spreads across two floors connected by an elegant spiral staircase. The open-plan living room and kitchen occupy the main floor, with large windows facing the Lima estuary: at dusk, golden light filters through the glass and traces the silhouette of the Santa Luzia Basilica on the far hill. A grey leather sofa, a dining table for six and an industrial pendant light give the space its own character.



The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated Balay and Teka appliances: induction hob, oven, microwave, extractor fan and dishwasher. Downstairs, reached by the spiral staircase, two double bedrooms have light oak flooring and good natural light. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower base. A guest WC on the main floor completes the layout.



The Neighborhood:

Between the river and the Atlantic, Viana do Castelo ten minutes away



Cabedelo is Viana do Castelo's riverside quarter, a strip of land where the Lima estuary meets the Atlantic. Cabedelo beach, one of the region's most popular, is under ten minutes on foot. To reach Viana's historic centre, the passenger ferry across the Lima is an experience in itself: five minutes by boat to Praça da República, the pelourinho, cafés and the cathedral.



Early-morning fish market, seafood restaurants along the waterfront, the Santa Luzia Basilica on the hilltop and the beaches of Afife and Moledo to the north make this the ideal base for exploring the maritime Minho.
