The chalet is situated at the back of the grounds of a converted farmhouse and offers beautiful views of the Frisian countryside. The chalet features 3 double bedrooms and is equipped with a very spacious living area. The chalet is heated or cooled by means of air conditioning. Children can play to their heart's content in the spacious garden. A BBQ is also at your disposal here. Attention fishing enthusiasts! There is a private fishing jetty in the garden. The canal on which this chalet is situated is very popular with fishermen.

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Beautiful cycling routes pass by scenic spots. Bakkeveen is very close by, as is Beetsterzwaag, where you can enjoy lovely walks through the woods. Cities like Leeuwarden and Groningen are beautiful and highly recommended. For golf lovers, Country Club Landgoed-Lauswolt is highly recommended. Here you can golf in the peaceful atmosphere of the Frisian landscape, alternating between forest and open nature reserves.

Prefer to get out on the water? De Alde Feanen Nature Park is located nearby. Here you can easily rent a sloop to sail through a beautiful landscape and visit charming watersports villages such as Grou and Earnewald.
