About this apartment rental
Cocoonr offers this 27 m² studio apartment with shared pool in Ax-les-Thermes to rent for up to 2 people.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises as follows:
- A 17 m² living room with TV, double bed (140 × 190), armchair and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, clothes line, etc.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.
Outside area :
- A 17x8m outdoor swimming pool (shared, unheated and unsupervised), open from mid-June to mid-September (9:30am to 6:30pm). It is located in an enclosed area.
- A 5.5 m² south-east-facing balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Ax-les-Thermes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (one private space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station and airport: Perpignan about 120 km away.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-binding and subject to favourable weather conditions.
