Guests are kindly advised that additional charges may apply only if necessary and are intended to cover direct costs associated with the stay, including: lost or unreturned keys or key fobs ($150 per item); after-hours lockout assistance ($200 per occurrence); unauthorized late checkout or holdover fee ($1,000 per night); unauthorized early check-in if access is granted ($100 or greater of nightly cost); excessive or deep cleaning beyond standard turnover ($250); smoking or odor remediation ($500); biohazard cleanup, including bodily fluids ($400); lost or damaged linens or towels ($50 per item); missing or damaged inventory, furniture, appliances, décor, or electronics (actual replacement cost + reinstallation labor cost); unauthorized pets ($300) plus any required pet-related deep cleaning ($200); unauthorized additional guests ($100 per guest, per night); noise, party, or event violations ($500); emergency service calls caused by misuse, including plumbing or electrical issues ($250 plus contractor cost); and any building, or municipal fines resulting from guest actions (passed through at cost). All charges are assessed only when applicable and may be processed through the booking platform, direct with consumer, or security deposit in accordance with platform policies.
