The complex consists of just 5 terraced villas. Ours is located at the end of the row and has been tastefully furnished in perfect Mediterranean style.
On the ground floor are the living/dining room, the complete kitchen, a small single guest bedroom and a bbathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed if required, and two bathrooms with showers. The bedrooms have air conditioning. Balcony.
Private garden of approximately 300m² with a patio and garden furniture. Communal park of 3000m² on the lakeside. Access to the beach is approximately 50 metres from the property gate. Sabaudia has been awarded the Blue Flag again for 2026. We do not accept more than 6 people, including children.
