Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard is on duty.
Guests under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please keep the safety fence latched whenever the pool isn't in use.
For safety on the pool deck, please stick to the plastic cups we provide instead of glass.
Pets are welcome on the property, but they're not permitted in the pool.
Pet Policy
Approved pets are welcome for a $75 fee per stay. Please clean up after your pet so we can keep the property in great shape for the next guest. If pet waste is left behind, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
Your health and safety matter to us just as much. Every home goes through an enhanced deep clean between reservations, with extra attention paid to frequently touched surfaces.

Any guest or belongings remaining on the property past the scheduled checkout time without prior written approval will be billed $50 for every 15 minutes over, with any partial 15 minute window billed at the full rate.
