Come and discover this charming house located in Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard, in a residence just 1 km from Bouil beach. You will appreciate its shaded terrace with its awning, ideal for moments of relaxation around a barbecue, as well as its unheated communal swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this house can accommodate up to 5 travellers.
You will discover the bright veranda with its large table, ideal for sharing meals together. You can also enjoy the garden furniture on the terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.
The lounge area, comprising a comfortable sofa and a television, will allow you to spend enjoyable moments together.
The kitchen, open to the living space and fully equipped (induction hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator, oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, a toaster as well as two coffee makers **filter and Senseo**.
The house has 1 bedroom
It has a double bed (140/190) and a bunk bed (90/190).
On the mezzanine, you will have access to another double bed (140/190)
A bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as an independent toilet complete the accommodation. A washing machine is also at your disposal.
You will be able to park your vehicle free of charge in the private car park of the residence.

- This furnished property is not equipped with a wi-fi connection.
- In the residence there is a basketball hoop (ball provided in the accommodation), a table tennis table (4 rackets with balls provided in the accommodation) and a petanque court 10 metres from the accommodation.
