About this house rental

The cozy, very cozy holiday home at 1200m above sea level - between Jochberg and Mittersill - is divided on the ground floor into a living room with a tiled stove, seating area and couch area. The living room thus offers the opportunity for cozy hours with your loved ones and friends. Next to it is the cozy kitchen with a connection to the tiled stove in the living room, so that the cozy warmth of the tiled stove can also be enjoyed in the kitchen. The ground floor is completed with a toilet and the stairs to the upper and lower floors.
In the basement there is one of three bedrooms for 4 people consisting of a double bed for 2 people and a bunk bed for 2 children, in addition the room has a TV. Opposite is the wellness room with a sauna, 2 loungers, shower and sink.
Upstairs are two cozy bedrooms for 2 people each, one with its own couch area, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet.


Additional highlights and information :: Access to the terrace is via the living room. Here you can really enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the Hohe Tauern with a glass of wine while the children play in the garden.
Upstairs there is access to the balcony via one of the two bedrooms. Here too, the same orientation as the terrace provides a panorama of the Hohe Tauern mountains.

The holiday home is the second half of a semi-detached house, with the owners living in the other half. This enables us to help you immediately with any questions and problems.

You will surely understand that you have to go outside to smoke. Because the guests after you also want to feel completely comfortable.

Hello Hannes and Marlene, Renting your house this March was amazing and it is BEST place EVER! (we tried many before) When we arrived we couldn’t believe our eyes, we thought we won the lottery! This home was everything you could ever imagine you would need and then so much more it was absolutely fabulous and perfect for our whole family of 3 generations. 1st. Location: Best you can ever imagine! Within a few steps to the gondola, fabulous restaurants some with music and après skiing fun. One that cooks for you upon request anything you like and when you have a vegan, vegetarian and a gluten free member in your family these were crucial points for a relaxing vacation. We had the best of times eating the most delicious authentic Austrian food One could wish for! Having an Austrian mom and 2 Austrian friends staying there confirmed our ruling. The house is in a super quiet location, (VERY important for me as I am a light sleeper) with no street noise or other disruptions ever but only 10 min of a scenic and easy drive into town for shopping. 2nd. The accommodation of the house: Way better than any pictures can ever show. Warm, clean, inviting, practical and equipped with anything you will ever need. We loved all the décor around the house, very tasteful and appropriate for a mountain chalet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, bright and sunny with stunning views from every angle. Our daughter loves to do her yoga routine and there was plenty of room for that. Having an extra TV in the bedroom downstairs was great so mom who is bad of hearing could turn it up as loud as needed and it wouldn’t bother any of us upstairs. Having 2 bathrooms and showers was a must for our family and we loved how new and modern everything was. 3rd. And did I mention the VIEWS! Absolutely stunning from every angle of the house. We could watch the gondola get started in the morning and see how busy it was right from the comfort of our warm and cozy kitchen while eating fresh baked pastries, that were delivered to our door that morning. If we forgot anything it's because this stupid site has a limit and cut our words o(just ask owner for our contact info) Meanwhile we like to thank Hannes and Marlene for helping us make this the best Austrian ski vacation ever. We hope that we are blessed enough in the future to come back again. It would be a dream come true for us. Meanwhile, with much gratitude and love
