The space
We want our place to make you feel like you're home while taking your greatest adventures. A table for four and a fully equipped kitchen are inviting for meals enjoyed in the space. There are countless restaurants and stores within walking distance. The bedroom hosts a cooling memory foam queen size bed (which guests regularly inquire about how to buy) and a walk in closet. In the main area, a sectional sofa turns into a comfortable queen size bed. Find yourself soaking up the Colorado sun with a beverage in hand on our oversized patio overlooking Founder's Park and Flatiron views.
Walk to Whole Foods, Target, Costco, Starbucks, Panera, Crumbl, Sushi, or local Mexican, BBQ and bakeries in less than 5 minutes.
There are 4 access points to Boulder Open Space within a 10 minute walk that provide walking trails leading to stunning views of the Rockies and Flatirons with fresh mountain air.
Downtown Superior is a 10 minute walk and boasts a Sports Stable, amphitheater, parks, and plenty of up and coming shops and restaurants.
We are walking distance from public transportation to and from Denver, Boulder and DIA. Private parking is provided on the property with plenty of free street parking for visitors.
We are big fans of little ones and are happy to make travel as light and easy as possible for you. Guava Pack n Play, Highchair and kids books/toys are available at no cost upon request.

⋅Parts of the neighborhood are still being rebuilt from the Marshall Fires in 2021. Construction may take place at times as people work to get back in their homes.
⋅The unit is above our detached garage. Despite our best efforts to inhibit it all sound, the garage door can be heard at times when opened or closed. We do our best not to open or close during quiet hours (9:00PM-7:00AM)
⋅There are 16 stairs up to the property.
⋅Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we'll take action asap, but there is nobody living on site 24/7.
