Hot Tub & Winter Pool Heating
Our hot tub is available year-round and can be heated to 102°F at no extra charge! The main pool is unheated from October 15 through April, but optional winter pool heating (80°F) is available with a 3-night minimum for $750 (preheating fee) plus $125/night ($1,125 for 3 nights, $1,250 for 4 nights, $1,375 for 5 nights). Please request pool heating at least 72 hours prior to check-in so we can have it ready for your arrival, and keep the automatic pool cover closed when not in use to retain heat.
Pool House TV Availability
Please note that the Pool House TV is available seasonally from May through September. To protect the equipment from seasonal weather and rainfall, this TV is unavailable from October through April.

If you are looking for a secluded family escape because you have kids that need space or grandparents that want privacy (or both), this is the ideal place with something for everyone! Unparalleled outdoor living. Private courtyard layout encircles the pool, the property is wedged into an oasis of trees and native growth supported by adjacent creeks. We enjoyed watching the World Cup poolside while the kids played in the pool for hours. There is a convenient poolside bathroom near the outdoor dining area. We did not get to use the outdoor kitchen but it is very well equipped! Single floor living and well placed glass walls help the mobility challenged still feel included in activities. The host was so incredibly helpful, attentive, and thoughtful! A true example of how clever site planning and architectural design expertise can shape and elevate life experience.

One of the most stunning properties in wine country! We spent an amazing long weekend here with family. Had everything we needed, and was chic yet incredibly comfortable! Ready to book again!
