    This was honestly the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was not clean at all, and the toilet and bathroom were in a really poor and unhygienic condition. When we entered the room in the evening, there were cockroaches everywhere. It was extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable for a hotel room. There was also a gas geyser, but on the second day, they disconnected it, which was very inconvenient. What was even more disappointing was the staff’s attitude. We informed the staff about all these issues at the time of checkout, but there was not even a basic apology or any concern shown. Overall, a very disappointing and unhygienic experience. Definitely the worst hotel experience we have had so far. I would not recommend this place.

    The room was extremely small, only one person can navigate the room at a time. There is no basic availability of bottled water, tea/ coffee, no proper handwash/ bodywash available. The walls were chipped, the drainage pipes are completely open. The room had cockroaches. Basically no value for money. The storage cupboard provided was so light, that any bags kept would make the cupboard tumble . So it was not useful at all. The staff is helpful. The cleaning service available was decent. There was availability of hot water 24/7 . But the main infrastructure issues exist. The facilities are negligible for the room charges.
