The bathroom set up could be better ..and maybe offer more options on breakfast ..

The hospitality was amazing,the staff the gardening the kitchen the Bosess,my stay was superb i've never experienced the love comfort and welcome that i got at Niyonest..hmmmm i'm out of words you are doing a great job keep the fire burning,i will definitely come back to stay and this time its going to be a month or long. To add its a very easy area close to transport shops very safe and quiet place i love it.

Everything was on point

I didn't like the cold shower; it's winter and very cold, there was no warm water in the shower. I also wanted breakfast at 7 sharp, as I was leaving at 7:30, only to have to go round the whole facility looking for staff and not find them until I saw one groundsman. The breakfast came late. I was not even asked how I want my tea, they just brought in tea with milk and sugar in it, yet I take plain black tea with no sugar. All staff had no uniforms, so you couldn't identify whether it was a guest or staff. The staff should have a uniform for easier identification (just black skirt/trousers and white blouse/shirt), and the staff should be trained in basic hospitality like greeting guests, being available at the reception when needed or at least responding to the bell when it is rung.

For starters the blankets weren't clean, the windows couldn't close off completely. Their reception is oky but they could use a little renovation because it's the little things that makes the client wanna come back the 2nd time. Apart from that, it's a nice location, great security and reception but could use a little revamp.
