5-7 minutes walk from Lidl, about 8 minutes walk from the beach. Room was rather small, but the bed was very comfortable. Table, 2 glasses, small fridge, TV set, air conditioner, wardrobe. Balcony with a small table and a chair, plus a clothes dryer. Bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, sink, mirror. In short, all basic things are available. No kitchenette, but there is a terrace on ground floor with common kitchen / barbecue / tables / cutlery etc., where one can cook something or make a cup of coffee / tea. Everything was clean, neat, nice. Car parking place is also avaiable near the gate of the house. Some cars were lucky to receive a parking place inside the court, but from the other side it is not very convenient, as other cars block the gates and the cars inside cannot drive out.
I don't see any demerits. Good value for its money. Not luxury, but it's OK for a short holiday or vacation.
