Apartament is fully refurbished, everything inside apartament/flat is new

I’m sorry I have to leave a review like this; I rarely do it, but I think other potential renters should be able to decide with full information. The apartment is located in a very neglected building. In addition, on the stair landing right next to the entrance to the apartment, there were a lot of cockroaches. Inside the apartment itself, however, we did not see any cockroach. We reported the issue to the property manager, who said he would deal with it, but also claimed that if there are no cockroaches inside the apartment, he cannot do anything. I believe, that if there is a cockroach on the wall next to the entrance door, it will be in few weeks or months inside. Besides this, we had several minor issues (but I believe we were one of the first guests): a fridge that barely cools, stickers on dishes that were not washed before use, a loosely mounted socket in the toilet, and a problem with unrefreshed bedding on one of the beds. I am not satisfied with the attitude of the person managing the property (they send automatic messages asking if everything is OK, but when a problem is reported, they do not show the same willingness to solve it).

Mieszkanie jest świeżo po remoncie. Wszystko nowe. W każdym pokoju klimatyzacja. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Pościel i ręczniki czyściutkie. Zamieszczone zdjęcia w ofercie zgodne ze stanem faktycznym.Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do parlamentu pieszo około 15 minut.
