Home away from home. A newly set up bed and breakfast with local owners who want their guest to be made to feel extremely welcome. Perfect location for Hockwold Hall weddings and Norfolk/Suffolk stays. Comfortable room, clean and tidy shared bathroom. Nothing is too much for the owners. The breakfast was a highlight!

Booking.com accepted my booking but the owners were not aware of my stay, or that I had requested an early check in. As a result my room was double booked. I assume it was teething problems as they had only been open 7 weeks. The owners, however, handled it with extreme professionalism and ensured me and my partner had a room for the night. They sorted it out perfectly - even though I was stressed with getting ready for a wedding! Great communication once they knew about the booking. Would definitely recommend you contact the owner directly if booking through booking.com to avoid the same oversight from occurring again.

My Fiancé and I visited for the weekend for a friend's Birthday party, and can honestly say that Wilton Manor exceeded every one of our expectations! The hosts were absolutely brilliant; super friendly, easy communication, exceptionally welcoming and kind. Really made us feel welcome and at home. The room itself was lovely. Very bright, open, felt newly refurbished - and completely spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere. The beds were so comfortable, and we woke up feeling really refreshed. The location is beautiful - very rural and quaint, lots of pretty countryside and easily in walking distance of everything we needed in the village. The breakfast in the morning was brilliant - they had a really good vegetarian option for me and everything was cooked perfectly. The price is such, such good value for everything you get. Definitely would stay again! Thank you!

That we didn't stay longer!

The property was incredibly clean, obviously well looked after and had exceptional facilities. Very impressed with quality of extras in the rooms, Dyson fans, large flat screen TV etc.

Nothing!

We booked 2 rooms, one with private bathroom and the other one with shared bathroom. However, when we arrived at the b&b both of us were given rooms with shared bathroom. Kelly blamed booking.com for not sharing details of booking and she had already booked the room for someone else. Kelly did the move me to the bedroom with private bathroom but her and her husband made us feel very unconfortable and unwelcome at the property.
