Villa Caterina - Lake View Terrace and Garden by Rent All Como

The apartment was very clean and fit our needs. The view and the patio/garden space were amazing, for a family this outdoor play area was a life saver! Plenty to walk to both above and below the property. Blackout curtains were so helpful with jet lag and also getting a toddler to sleep when it is still light out.

The parking while plenty of space once in was a bit nerve wracking to get in and out of the gate and on to a busy road with a bit of a blind spot, but we managed. Also the walking on the road to get to the stairs to go to town was scary with a kid. Would have been great to have a small dish soap and sponge and dishwasher soap to get started with. The small market didn’t have any. We eventually found info on the cities website, but would be good to also add information on what to do in Moltrasio and the restaurants there in the guest info guide.

An absolutely stunning apartment that made our stay in Lake Como truly unforgettable. Everything was flawless! Cleanliness & Detail: The apartment was sparkling clean and immaculate. The attention to the smallest details was evident in every corner. Location: The location is perfect and highly central, making commuting and traveling between different spots and attractions around the lake incredibly easy and convenient. The View: The view is simply breathtaking and mesmerizing—waking up to such a stunning scenery of the lake was spectacular. Space & Comfort: The apartment is very spacious, open, and comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly and kept the entire place brilliantly cool. Bonus Feature: Having a dedicated parking space was a massive plus, saving us a lot of time and effort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless stay in Como. We will definitely be back!

The only minor issues were with the parking setup: the ramp leading to the parking garage is very steep, and the remote control for the gate has a very short range, meaning you have to stop right next to the gate for it to work.
