Klatka schodowa w kamienicy.
Kaucja w wysokości 400 zł, która miała być zwrócona w terminie do 7 dni a została zwrócona po 9 dniach. Obiekt był zarezerwowany dla 3 osób a były tylko 2 krzesła i 2 zestawu talerzy. Jeden stopień drewnianych schodów był z nieoheblowanej deski, grożącej wbiciem drzazgi.
