Close to the water. Close to town. Unit is beautifully updated
The spiral staircase is difficult to navigate. Getting luggage up and down is dangerous. Road traffic and trains are very loud

I really liked the structure of the apartment, the decorations, and the minimalist design. Even though it was compact, it had everything needed and felt very comfortable and well organized.
The only things I didn’t really like were the narrow stairs and the TV size, which felt a bit too small considering the distance from the bed.
