Les lits étaient confortables et l'emplacement idéal. Nous allions au Cognac Blues Passion et étions à 15 min à pied du lieu du festival. L'environnement est aussi très calme, nous n'avons pas entendu un bruit de la nuit. Cet appartement a tout pour devenir un très bon logement avec quelques améliorations.
L'équipement du logement pourrait être enrichi (lampes de chevet, chaise dans la chambre et la salle de bain, tablette au-dessus de l'évier pour poser ses affaires de toilette, quelques couverts et verres supplémentaires). Un petit document afin de donner le code Wifi et les instructions de départ aurait été appréciable (pour les poubelles et le tri, par exemple).
