Roomy and quiet, relatively cheap
They put a very small bed in a large room. No idea why they didn’t think of a King or at least a Queen bed. No heating (it’s get cold in the Santa Fe mountains), the washer / dryer combo didn’t dry well (seems to be clogged). The building is not ready, there is no reception area, you have to enter through the parking lot, which wouldn’t be a problem if it wasn’t raining every day. The building is brand new and I guess everything will be better in 6 months or so. The location is ok. It’s easy to get to Santa Fe (maybe 5-10 min), but getting to the apartment is tricky with traffic and takes 25-30 min from Santa Fe.
