Modern Chic 2BR at Trillium Surabaya Central by Le Ciel Hospitality

The place was clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The location was right in the city center, so it was easy to get around and close to pretty much everything. I was traveling with four other family members, so I think it was a great deal for a two-bedroom apartment. For the same price, we would have had to book two hotel rooms, and we wouldn't have had a kitchen or a living room. We would also have been staying separately. Here, we could all hang out together in the same space without having to go out. Another great thing about this place was that all the facilities were free to use. We could use the swimming pool as long as we had our key card. The sauna and gym were also free to use, although we had to sign a logbook with our names and apartment unit number before entering. Overall, it was a great place to stay. My family and I really enjoyed our experience, and we would definitely book this apartment again for future family trips!

I received an email saying that we would be given a physical key for the apartment door and a key card for the elevator. However, when we arrived, we were only given a key card, so I was a bit confused. When I got upstairs, I realized that the apartment door had a smart lock. I contacted the staff about it, and they eventually provided me with the door code. I think they should update the information in their email to avoid confusing future guests.

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, era espacioso y estaba limpio en general.

El baño a pesar de estar limpio tenía olor lo que fue incómodo, la wifi no funcionaba y nosotros éramos 5 personas pero solo nos pusieron 4 toallas y no hubo forma de encontrar solución en lo que estuvimos.

Its spacious and has modern furnitures. The hot water for shower heats up very fast too

The bathroom can be a bit smelly but not too much
